Ravide Wellness Terms and Conditions
The rules that apply when you use our website, book a consultation, or join a nutrition and functional medicine program at our Hyderabad centre.
1. About these terms
Welcome to Ravide Wellness Center. These Ravide Wellness terms and conditions set out the basis on which you may use ravidewellness.com and the nutrition, functional medicine, diet, and lifestyle services we provide at our centre in Hyderabad. Please read them before you book a consultation or enrol in a program.
By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, or attending a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or our services.
Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Together they form the full agreement between you and us.
2. Definitions
- "We", "us", "our", "the Centre" — Ravide Wellness Center, Hyderabad, including its practitioners, therapists, and support staff.
- "You", "your", "the client" — any person who visits the website, makes an enquiry, books an appointment, or receives a service from us.
- "Website" — ravidewellness.com, including all of its pages and subdomains.
- "Services" — consultations and assessments, personalised nutrition and diet plans, supplement guidance, lifestyle programs, supportive in-centre therapies, day-care and residential wellness stays, and follow-up support.
- "Practitioner" — Dr. Ravi Vide (MSc, PhD in Nutrition) and any other qualified member of our clinical team.
3. Who can use our services
You must be 18 years or older to book a consultation on your own behalf and to enter into a binding agreement with us under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking, give consent, accept these terms on the minor's behalf, and accompany them to appointments.
- If you book on behalf of another adult, you confirm that you have their permission to share their health information with us.
- We may ask for identification or proof of guardianship where it is relevant to safe care.
4. What we provide
Our work is nutrition and functional medicine led. A typical engagement includes an assessment of your diet, medical history, lifestyle, and health goals, followed by a plan built around those findings.
- Personalised nutrition and diet plans
- Guidance on food supplements, where appropriate
- Practical lifestyle guidance covering daily routine, movement, sleep, and stress
- Supportive in-centre therapy programs
- Day-care and residential wellness stays at our Hyderabad centre and our second location in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri
- Follow-up support by phone and WhatsApp during your program
Our programs are designed to work alongside the medical care you already receive. We will not ask you to stop, reduce, or change any prescription medicine. Decisions about prescription medication rest with your treating doctor.
5. Medical disclaimer and emergencies
Everything published on this website — articles, condition pages, videos, and downloadable material — is general information. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or personal medical advice, and it should not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional about your own situation.
Reading the website, watching our videos, or sending us an enquiry does not create a practitioner–client relationship. That relationship begins only when you attend a paid consultation and we accept you as a client.
Our services do not replace diagnosis, emergency treatment, surgery, or specialist care. Where a condition needs specialist management, we will say so and ask you to stay under your specialist's care.
In a medical emergency, do not contact us and do not wait for a reply. Call 112 or go to your nearest hospital immediately. This includes chest pain, breathlessness, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, signs of a stroke, a severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself.
6. Appointments and attendance
- You can request an appointment by phone, WhatsApp, the website form, or in person. A request is not a booking. Your appointment is confirmed only once our team confirms it with you.
- Consulting hours are Monday and Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays.
- Please arrive about ten minutes early and bring your past reports, prescriptions, and a list of everything you currently take, including supplements.
- If you arrive late, your consultation may be shortened or rescheduled so that other clients are not delayed.
- Occasionally we may need to reschedule because of a clinical emergency or a practitioner's absence. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer the earliest alternative slot.
To book a time that suits you, use our appointment page or call us directly.
7. Online and telephone consultations
Where we offer remote consultations, they are carried out in line with the professional standards and guidance that apply to telehealth in India.
- You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working device, and a private space where you can speak freely.
- A remote consultation depends entirely on what you tell us and the reports you share. Some assessments cannot be done remotely.
- We may end a remote consultation and ask you to attend in person where a physical examination is needed for safe advice.
- Neither you nor we may record a consultation without the other party's prior written consent.
8. Information you give us
The quality of your plan depends on the accuracy of what you tell us. You agree to give us complete and truthful information about your medical history, diagnoses, current medicines and supplements, allergies and intolerances, past surgeries, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
We build our recommendations on that information. We are not responsible for outcomes that arise from details you withheld, or from information that was incomplete or inaccurate.
Tell us promptly if your health, symptoms, or medication change while you are on a program, so we can review your plan.
9. Plans, supplements and outcomes
Every diet plan, supplement schedule, and lifestyle program we prepare is written for one person after an individual assessment. It is not transferable. Please do not share, resell, or republish your plan, and do not follow a plan written for someone else.
Where we suggest food supplements, these are over-the-counter products that you are free to buy wherever you choose. Check labels for ingredients and allergens before use, follow the stated dosage, and tell your treating doctor what you are taking so they can check for interactions. Food supplements and nutraceuticals in India are regulated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.
Results differ from person to person. Adherence, age, genetics, existing conditions, prescribed medication, stress, sleep, and activity levels all affect what a program achieves. We do not promise any particular result, timeline, weight change, laboratory value, or cure, and nothing on this website should be read as such a promise. Experiences described by other clients are their own and are not a guarantee of what you will experience.
If you have an adverse reaction to any food or supplement suggested to you, stop taking it, contact us, and seek medical attention if the reaction is severe.
10. Fees, payments and taxes
- We tell you the fee for a consultation, plan, therapy, or stay before you commit to it.
- Fees are payable in advance or at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Applicable taxes, including GST where it applies, are charged in addition unless stated otherwise.
- Fees may change from time to time. A change will not affect a program you have already paid for.
- We do not store your card details. Payments made through a third-party gateway are also subject to that provider's own terms.
- Our fees cover our professional time and guidance. They do not cover third-party costs such as laboratory tests, imaging, medicines, or supplements, which you pay directly to the provider concerned.
Please keep your receipt. You will need it for any query about a payment.
11. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short:
- Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, and we will reschedule wherever we can.
- Fees for consultations already delivered and for personalised plans already prepared are not refundable, because the professional work has been completed.
- Appointments missed without notice may be charged.
12. Stays and use of our facilities
Our centre includes private rooms, a yoga and meditation hall, a gym, a swimming pool, and treatment rooms. You can see what is available on our facilities page.
- You use the gym, pool, and other shared facilities at your own risk. Follow staff instructions and the safety notices displayed on site.
- Tell us about any condition that affects your ability to use the gym, pool, or therapy rooms safely before you use them.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings. Use the storage provided where it is available.
- Check-in and check-out times, meal timings, and visitor rules are shared with you at the time of booking and may be updated.
- Smoking, alcohol, tobacco products, and any illegal substance are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
13. Conduct at our premises
Our team and our guests are entitled to a calm and respectful environment. We may refuse entry, or end a program without a refund, in cases of abuse or harassment of staff or other guests, intoxication, wilful damage to property, a serious breach of safety rules, photography or recording of other guests without their consent, or any unlawful act on the premises.
You are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage you cause to our property.
14. Communications from us
When you share your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email about your enquiry, appointments, plans, reminders, and follow-ups. These are service communications connected to the care you have asked for, and they may reach you even if your number is registered under DND.
We will send promotional or marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying to the message or writing to us at ravidewellness@gmail.com.
WhatsApp is convenient but it is not a secure clinical channel. Please use your judgement about what you share on it, and send sensitive reports by email if you would prefer.
15. Privacy and your data
How we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- We collect only what we need to assess your case, prepare your plan, keep proper records, and respond to you.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Clinical notes are retained for as long as they are needed for your ongoing care and to meet our legal obligations.
- You can ask to access, correct, or erase your personal data by writing to ravidewellness@gmail.com, subject to any records we are required by law to keep.
16. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos, photographs, and videos — along with the structure of our programs, assessment formats, and plan templates, belongs to Ravide Wellness Center or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable law.
You may read our content and keep a personal copy of your own plan. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or adapt our material, or use it to train an automated system, to build a competing service, or for any commercial purpose, without our written permission.
The Ravide Wellness Center name and logo are our marks and may not be used without consent.
17. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review, testimonial, photograph, or comment about us, you confirm that it reflects your own honest experience and that you own or have the right to share what you post.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce your review on our website and social channels, shown with the name you provided. You can ask us to take it down at any time.
We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or that breaches someone else's privacy. We do not write, buy, or offer incentives for reviews.
18. Third-party links and embedded content
Our website links to and embeds material from other services, including YouTube videos, Google Maps, social media profiles, and payment gateways. These are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices, and their own terms will apply when you use them.
A link from our site is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
19. Website availability
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the site will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. Health information published here is general, and it may be revised as evidence and guidance change.
20. Liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of income, loss of data, or failure to achieve an expected result — arising from your use of the website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website or our facilities, or information you gave us that was false or incomplete.
21. Changes and force majeure
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms. Where a change materially affects a program you are already on, we will tell you directly.
We may also suspend or discontinue services for anyone where continuing would be clinically inappropriate or unsafe, or where these terms have been breached.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to provide a service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, fire, flood, strike, civil unrest, failure of power or internet services, or a government order.
22. Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter in good faith.
If something has gone wrong, please raise it with us first. Write to ravidewellness@gmail.com with "Grievance" in the subject line, or call +91 81213 31530 during our working hours. We aim to acknowledge a written grievance within 48 working hours and to resolve it within 30 days.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the appropriate Consumer Commission.
